With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and versatility to Hustle and Flow. My journey has taken me from employed and self-employed personal training to studio ownership and gym management—building a deep understanding of how to support clients at every stage of their fitness journey.

I have trained for some of the toughest endurance events, including the London Marathon and cycling from John O’Groats to Land’s End. But over time, my approach has evolved. Now, I am passionate about mindful movement, blending the strength and discipline of traditional training with the balance and awareness found in yoga and Pilates.

My coaching style is grounded, encouraging, and inclusive—perfect for those looking to build strength, move better, and feel more connected to their bodies.
